About the Association

The voice of the mobile food industry.

An association of regional food truck associations leveraging experience and knowledge to support vendors, the public, and the future of mobile food.

Our Mission

Built by operators, for operators.

The National Food Truck Association was organized by a group of regional food truck association representatives to leverage their experience and knowledge to ensure that food trucks from coast to coast are provided great resources and access to information.

Our goal is to support food truck owners, regional associations, and to act as a singular point of contact for the public looking to engage with food trucks. We now offer catering and location management services to make it easier for the public to take advantage of food truck services nationwide.

We continue to help vendors and associations work cooperatively with municipalities and governmental bureaucracies to review codes, ordinances, and procedures so they can better address the realities of this new industry. What was once an underground and unseen industry has become one of the fastest growing trends in food service.
