With this video we hope to show fire safety professionals the ins and outs of a fully built food truck. We go from chassis to fully built food truck discussing, propane, electrical, gross vehicle weight rating, ANSUL, emergency shut off valves, generators and more. This video is meant to be an overview for fire departments but does not discuss regional fire codes. The video is also helpful for vendors and prospective vendors that are looking into a food truck. We highlight what to look for when assessing a food truck’s fire safety devices.
